1 1/2 cups (drinking cups) of water
1 cup of flour
1/2 cup of corn flour
1/4 tablespoon salt
are blended. Heat some oil in a pan and form thin pancaces. Fry them 2 min from both sides.
Meanwhile heat 2-3 cm oc oil in a deep frying pan and slip taccos into it. Form them into a puch and
fry them. After that, let them dry them off on a paper towel.

Those who don't command a "Francois" have to do it themselves. :-)
2 onions into very small peices and fry them in a little hot oil. If you like meat you can add
150 g hashed meat with the onions.
Season generously with salt, pepper, red pepper and chili powder. Chop
1 yellow and 1 green pepper and add in the pan. With that peel
2 tomatoes and chop them, too.
1 can of tomatoes is passed through a sieve. Finally add
2 cans of kidney beans, and if oyu like
1 can of corn or other vegetable.
Let the mixture boil for at least an hour
Meanwhile cut the lettuce and onion rings (here, Francois is challenged again), chop some black olives and ground some cheese. Serve everything seperately so the guests can fill their own taco shells.
